We strongly believe that an engaged workforce makes for a happy, healthy and successful workforce. At Project Vim we strive to ensure that all staff have the opportunity to be engaged across five key areas:
We support you in achieving your personal goals and commitments. What matters to you matters to us. Our management team will work with you to support you in achieving your work, live and reward aspirations.
We assist you in building your professional skills and provide opportunity to work in challenging and rewarding engagements.
All consulting staff are assigned to a practice, with practice membership providing opportunities for knowledge sharing, support, mentorship and professional development in a team environment.
At Project Vim we are committed to making a difference in the local Spokane community that supports us and our families. Through our Community Working Group, we seek out opportunities where our staff can do something practical and make a difference together. Cooking meals for Stella Bella Children's Centre, riding to Thredbo for Hartley Lifecare or providing toys to ACT Policing Kids in Care at Christmas - we're proud of the community we're a part of, and the community we've built.
We bring all of our consultants together for regular company meetings and social events.
We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent with our business goals, and actively encourage staff contribution to help us succeed.
