As a graduate joining our fast-growing team, you’ll work on diverse engagements on our Commonwealth Government accounts across our Strategy & Business Improvement and Project & Program Management business lines. This program will empower you with a ‘learn by doing’ experience and build valuable foundations for careers in project management, business analysis and management consulting.

Graduates participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program which includes industry qualifications, mentoring and coaching from our experienced staff and internal training initiatives to build core consulting skills. On successful completion of the program, our graduates progress to a Consultant role within Project Vim. You will start on a competitive salary and will be well recognised for your efforts and achievements.

Ideal candidates for the Consultant Development Program are energetic team players who have great communication skills, a strong academic record and an appetite to learn. You will have completed an undergraduate degree within the last two years and be committed to working in Spokane.
