The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Relations Intern to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Relations Intern at Project Vim, you will support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships by assisting with day-to-day customer service functions, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, client engagement, and consulting operations.
What you will bring
- Client Engagement: Assist in responding to client queries and ensuring timely, accurate information is provided to meet customer needs.
- Communication Support: Help maintain positive communication with clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Service Delivery: Work alongside the customer service and consulting teams to ensure that the quality of service delivered aligns with Project Vim’s standards.
- Client Feedback: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to help improve service processes and solutions.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate client records, correspondence, and service logs using internal CRM systems and other tools.
- Problem Resolution: Support in resolving client issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Customer Success Support: Assist in organizing follow-up activities with clients, ensuring their needs are continuously met and that Project Vim's services are fully aligned with their business goals.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing client service reports and tracking key metrics related to client satisfaction, service delivery, and response times.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client documentation, and preparing materials for client interactions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a team.
